Padjadjaran University

Padjadjaran University (Unpad), established in 1957, is a prominent public university located in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Academics

International Students

For students in regular programs taught in Bahasa Indonesia, Unpad provides a Bahasa Indonesia for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) program to aid language and cultural integration. As of October 2025, Unpad hosted over 900 international students from more than 30 countries.

Campus & Location

Unpad has two main campuses: the Dipati Ukur campus in Bandung and the primary Jatinangor campus in Sumedang Regency, which houses most faculties. Bandung offers a vibrant city life, while the Jatinangor campus provides a dynamic ecosystem blending local residents with a significant student population. The Jatinangor campus features a central library, laboratory center, and two medical centers. Free campus shuttle services, known as "Odong-odong," operate on the Jatinangor campus, and bicycle rental services are also available, promoting sustainable transportation.
