Yes. Agency plans are month-to-month. You can add or remove student seats anytime — billing adjusts on the next cycle. The 10-student floor applies as long as you're on the plan, so if you're handling fewer than 10 students it's worth waiting until you've signed your first cohort.

Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption for all data at rest and in transit. Student documents, personal information, and application data are stored securely with strict access controls. Agency accounts have additional security features including role-based permissions and audit logs.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Agency plans can also pay via invoice for annual commitments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
