1. Using TeestaAI

TeestaAI is an AI-powered platform that helps students and education agencies research universities, draft applications, manage documents, and track the study-abroad and visa process. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian's consent to use the platform.

3. AI-generated content

TeestaAI's AI agent drafts emails, application materials, and roadmaps on your behalf. You review and approve everything before it's sent or submitted — TeestaAI does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of AI-drafted content, and you're responsible for confirming it before use.

4. No guarantee of admission or visa outcome

TeestaAI helps you research, apply, and track deadlines, but we don't control university admissions decisions or government visa approvals. Using TeestaAI does not guarantee acceptance to any program or approval of any visa application.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use TeestaAI to submit false information to universities or immigration authorities, to harass or impersonate others, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

6. Fees

Student plans and agency plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using TeestaAI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

TeestaAI is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including missed deadlines, admission decisions, or visa outcomes.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post the updated date at the top of this page, and for material changes, we'll notify you by email.
